Quality not up to the usual Plugear high standard.
I have Plugear interior components installed, & I am very happy with the quality, hence why I ordered the VW ID.3: Insect Screen Mesh, Bug Protector.
There are 3 issues with Plugear’s VW ID.3: Insect Screen Mesh, Bug Protector as received.
1. The side panels when fitted to match the car’s profile, the parking sensors are slightly obstructed causing the sensors to activate every time the car is stopped in traffic. This is so annoying !. (I hope, I can remove the panels with out damaging the car or panel to enlarge the parking sensor holes).
2. Two of the centre panel clips were damaged in shipping. Not the end of the world, but now that the centre panel is installed. The upper RH Corner is proud of the car.
3. When the 3 panels are installed flush to the car’s profile the is a visible gap between the centre and side panels. If this gap could be closed, the parking sensor problem would be greater.
