Returning your order has never been easier. This can be done within 30 days after receipt of your complete order.

Preferably use the return form that you can download via this LINK. We would appreciate it if you would also send an email to aftersales@plugear.com indicating your order number and the reason for exchange or return, so that we are already informed.

Important: if you are outside EU (e.g. UK), please do indicate in the parcel description that this is a returned product with a value of ZERO, so we are not charged with import duty.

Fill in the return form. And make sure you pack the product including all delivered parts in its original condition and packaging that they can be sold again. 

If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the item so we can assist you further.

While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve the issue.
