Placing, cancel or change your order
Add products to your digital shopping cart via the "add to cart" button and then check and fulfill the order by clicking the "view cart" or "check out" button.
If you place the order with your PLUGEAR account, you can order easier and faster.
Don't have an account? You can also order without an account. In that case, we'll need your shipping details at least during check out.

You can easily cancel it in your PLUGEAR account. Please note that you can only cancel if your order hasn't left the warehouse yet.
Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it by fulling in the Product Return Form and put it in the returning parcel.

For any order canceling or retruning, please make sure to include the order number in the communications.
You could only change the items in your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, which means your parcel hasn't been dispatched and shipped yet.

Depending on your location, delivery times can vary after your order has been dispatched. We will keep you updated with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
